Enhanced Preservation of Fruit Using Nanotechnology Project

Four Plant Agriculture Faculty were in India Jan 21-23, 2015 for the Inception Workshop to launch the continuation of their project on 'Enhanced Preservation of Fruit Using Nanotechnology' sponsored by Canadian International Food Security Research Fund. Pictured with Drs. Subramanian (PI), Paliyath and Sullivan is Sidney Frank Consul General of Canada in India along with Drs. Beth Finnis (Anthropology and Sociology) and Loong-Tak Lim (Food Science). Researchers from India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Tanzania and Trinidad are participating in the project.
