Farm outside of Guelph Ontario and are looking for summer full time help or possible part time help with hay operation.

Types of equipment used:

• hay rakes
• hay mowers
• large square baler
• round baler and,
• two bale barons to accomplish what we need done.

A successful candidate should:

• good tractor skills using a front-end loader on a tractor with more than 100hp,
• know general maintenance and care of equipment,
• be punctual and understand the need for long working hours from time to time when the weather is favorable.

We are willing to teach applicants how to use the implements but cannot teach how to use a tractor so decent tractor or loader skills are a must. When we say tractor we mean something over 100hp. We have a mix of new and older tractors from the 2020’s down to the 1980’s that we use to work on the farm.

AZ license is an asset.

Duties would be:

• assisting in the hay crop production,
• equipment maintenance and,
• general farm maintenance during down times.

We can accommodate full time and also anyone with the proper skill set that can be on call.
