There are a number of convocation award opportunities for graduating undergraduate students at the University of Guelph. Students who have graduated in Fall 2018, Winter 2019 or have applied to graduate in Summer 2019 may be eligible. Here are some tips to help you with your search.
Tip 1: Awards with an ID starting with "C" are convocation awards. Although it can vary, a common deadline for convocation awards is April 1.
Tip 2: If award applications are due to the OAC Awards Office, the OAC Dean’s Office, the OAC Dean, or the OAC Awards Committee you can submit your applications by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications will be accepted until 11:59pm on April 1. Please be sure to include your name, student ID number and the name of the award on all pieces of your application.
Tip 3: Please be sure to read award descriptions carefully. If you have any questions regarding these awards, please contact the OAC Awards Office, email@example.com.
Tip 4: If an award description says “No Application Required”, this means you will be automatically considered for the award if you meet the criteria.
