Applied Bean Genomics Dinner


Peter Pauls, Tom Smith and Lori Wright were featured in the Good Food Revolution blog post Eating the Genome.  An interesting read not only about the bean breeding research going on at the Elora Research Station and the Applied Bean Genomics and Bioproducts project, but also what can happen to the beans that the leave the field and land in the hands of the talented chef, Yasser Qahawish.

The Applied Bean Genomics and Bioproducts project is a multi-institutional partnership between the University of Guelph, the University of Western Ontario, the University of Windsor and Agriculture and AgriFood Canada.
