Plant Protection Research Project
The Weeds Science Research Group is an integral part of the University of Guelph's Plant Protection Research Project. The goal of this research is to provide sustainable pest management practices and technologies that will enhance food safety, reduce the environmental impact of pest management practices and maintain market competitiveness for Ontario grown field crops. The pest management team within this project is core to the continued production of Ontario field crops. Varied research opportunities are available for graduate and undergraduate students through this integrated Research. Have a look at the multidisciplinary group by visiting their website.
