Structure & Responsibilities
- will promote the spirit of the department through social activities
- will assist in organizing the Christmas and spring departmental celebrations - one to be conducted at Guelph and one within the facilities of HRIO
- will collect membership fees as established by the committee
- will submit budget requests to the Department Chair
- will acknowledge special personal events that occur within the department
